Products Description
The GripSeal air tightness test connector for G15F series electrical ports is designed for quick sealing of electrical interfaces during air tightness testing of battery packs, motors, and motor controllers in new energy vehicles. The G15F connector's pneumatic drive operation can be used in automation processes, and its proprietary molded sealing design can seal the entire electrical terminal, including small radius corner sealing, with reliable sealing and no scratching of the electrical terminal.

Advantages and characteristics of G15F series quick sealing connectors:
1. Reduce overall manufacturing costs and maximize production capacity through more effective high integration automation testing
2. Drive the piston to squeeze the sealing ring through the intake hole to achieve tight sealing
3. Fix the connector onto the fixture through the fixed hole at the end to achieve automated operation
4. Connect the trachea to the drive hole and test hole respectively during operation, insert the connector into the test piece, supply air from the drive hole to expand the sealing ring to achieve tight sealing, input compressed air from the test hole for testing, and after the testing is completed, empty the testing medium and remove the connector.
