Products Description
The G15K series GripSeal internal expansion pneumatic quick sealing plug adopts a pressure expansion tight sealing ring, which can establish internal airtight connections with various types of pipe openings such as straight pipes, flanged pipes, tapered pipes, and formed pipes, especially suitable for high-yield automated production testing. This plug innovatively applies "rapid maintenance technology", which allows for quick replacement of sealing rings without disassembly, significantly reducing joint maintenance time and effectively improving production efficiency.

Advantages and characteristics of G15K series quick sealing connectors:
1. Reduce overall manufacturing costs and maximize production capacity through more effective high integration automation testing
2. Drive the piston to squeeze the sealing ring through the intake hole to achieve tight sealing
3. Fix the connector onto the fixture through the two fixing holes at the tail end to achieve automated operation
4. By pressing the button, the sealing ring can be quickly disassembled and replaced, reducing maintenance time
5. Built in limit ring to limit the maximum displacement of the piston and prevent the sealing ring from overloading and bursting out
