Products Description

GripSeal's G35 series quick seal connector is a high-pressure connector designed for internal sealing of various types of pipes such as copper, steel, and aluminum. It is widely used in the refrigeration and new energy fields, including heat exchangers, pressure vessels, instruments, motor controllers, cooling plates, and other equipment. It is very simple to use. First, connect the fluid hole to the test medium, then align the front end of the connector with the test pipe and insert it into the handle to form a seal. After the test is completed, restore the handle to remove the connector.

Characteristics of the G35 series quick-sealing connectors:
1. Pressure-assisted design enables the connector to enhance its sealing force as the pressure increases
2. Stainless steel claws provide maximum gripping force while ensuring that the test fittings do not deform.
3. The nylon handle reduces the weight of the connector, and the lever principle aligns with ergonomic design to minimize operator fatigue
4. Reduce downtime through more efficient testing, improve the stability of the entire testing process, and lower overall manufacturing costs
